TYLER COLLINS
Founder and Executive Director
Tyler worked as a Financial Advisor for two years before serving with Launch Global for three years in Austin, TX, at a church called The Well. He is currently serving as the official Missions Director at The Well.
"I am passionate about seeing long-term missionaries sent to the ends of the earth. I am also passionate about resources being used to bless others and push forward the kingdom of God. God blesses us so that we can be a blessing to others. I have seen, time and time again, finances being a barrier for missionaries, particularly ethnic minorities, from getting to the mission field. I desire to bridge these passions and ask the Lord to provide the right relationships and funds to ensure that finances are never an issue for people to step into their calling."
KRYSTLE ROBERTS
Director of Advancement
Krystle is a born and raised Texas girl at heart who loves Jesus and loves people. When talking to her, you will quickly see the joy she has to help people find their purpose and passion in life. She is currently serving at Refresh Community Church in St. Louis, MO as the Missions and Evangelism Mobilizer working alongside them to mobilize African Americans within their city and beyond.
“Jesus is worthy of all worship from all nations. We should see the entire body of Christ joining in efforts with Christ to see Him worshiped among all peoples. Educating, equipping, and empowering the African American church is a part of those efforts.”
NOAH BEHRMAN
Board Member
Noah currently lives in northwest Arkansas with his wife, Rylee, and their daughter, Austin. He is passionate about creating opportunities for those who need help fully realizing their God-given gifts & talents through the work of organizations such as the Betsey Stockton Foundation. Noah went to the University of Arkansas where he earned a degree in Marketing and minored in Non-Profit Studies. Noah brings over five years of experience working in the wealth advisory space, as well as experience in working for multiple different non-profit organizations focusing on gospel-oriented social justice strategies for ethnic minorities in the U.S.

KRYSTOFER HENRY

Krys has studied and worked in the finance sector for the past five years. He earned a Masters in Finance at Southern Methodist University, then went on to lead an FP&A team at Dell Technologies, and most recently at Rev.
He currently serves as a lay elder in Austin, TX, at a church called The Well.
JULIANA QUINTERO
Board Member
Juliana is originally from Pereira, Colombia, and moved to the United States when she was sixteen years old. She grew up knowing about God, but it wasn't until 2010 that she fully understood who Christ is and the magnitude of his death on the cross. Ever since then, her heart for others to know Christ and for them to get connected with Him and community has been the driver for Juliana to pursue community and connections.
Juliana loves laughing, connecting people, feeding people, and making room for everyone to belong. Her deepest desire is for everyone to always feel welcome in any space they enter.
ESTHER TAN

Esther is a born and raised Texan, currently living in Austin, Texas with her husband and daughter. Growing up in a Chinese church and being involved in Asian-American ministry, Esther experienced first-hand the importance of having diversity in ministry.
With over six years of experience in the non-profit sector, Esther has spent the past few years working in fundraising and development, as well as being involved in strategic planning.
